Dustin was a very amazing young man who had so much ahead of him. He had an impact on all those who knew him. I was given an opportunity to have him in my life and was able to see many wonderful positive changes within. His mother has been encouraged and been given the strength to try to change laws based off of this tragedy. Nancy keep up your great work. To all of the families who have had to endure the same horror story keep spreading your message. Fabulous and touching website. My deepest sympathy goes out to you all.

Even though I never met you Jamie Leavitt, and you were my distant cousin, I knew your mom and dad very well. My you rest peacefully with God and may your mom stay strong. Hi, Im Kate and I heard of this website from our local news. I am a nurse and I have seen too many kids die! The info here is wonderful. Read all of it, be a true friend and get your friend the help they need to live. A life lost is something you never forget, where as getting in trouble is something you'll probably forget eventually.
The sooner you get medical help = the better chance they have of living & the better chance that you will be a true friend.

Thank GOD for FDLFD they have been there from the begining of Kattys death. I would have never made it through so many emotions, emotions that will always be thier but with my family at FDLFD I can call or write and I know I have a family who knows how I feel.
