It is my belief that
Doctors and security guards seem to be a high risk these
days in Rhode Island. On June 28, 2008, unprofessional
security guards Blanchard and Jarvela were sleeping
while on duty with two minor children in the home.
Dr.Hume, Dr.Riveria and Dr. Malo were taking turns
watching over a disabled overdose victim. Unfortunately,
not one of these doctor's were licensed medical
professionals in the state of Rhode Island but, all
three doctor's were on probation in the state of R.I.
for different reasons.
The victim, Mark R Ellis Jr. 25 years of age, was
showing signs of distress throughout the night and into
the morning. According to Dr. Hume, Dr. Riveria and Dr.
Malo, "they iced him down, they put on the
air-conditioner, they performed cpr and they were
worried about their patients condition." The so called
doctor's spoke amongst themselves on how they were going
to render aide to their patient Mark. Dr. Hume and Dr.
Riviera told Dr. Malo to watch over Mark while they
walked to Hess gas station for hot dogs and snacks. Upon
return of Dr Hume and Dr. Riveria the two went to the
3rd floor loft to check on their patient Mark's
condition. The doctor's said in their statements " Mark
was breathing funny, they heard gurgling noises, his
breathing was loud, he just wasn't right throughout the
night." The three doctor's decided to take a nap after
they checked on their patient. The doctor's still don't
know who woke up first from their nap but one of them
realized that Mark had expired. At that time, one of the
doctor's, they don't remember who, woke up, checked on
their patient and realized their patient had expired.
The doctor's decided that it was in the best interest of
the patient to dial 911. It was out of their hands. The
security guards continued to sleep. A third guard got
away.
All of the above is what I believe and is my opinion.
PEACE TO YOU ALL,
MARK'S MOM Cathy
