My daughter, Jessica was found face down in a parking lot.  Her belongings including her hoola hoops were found in an alley way down the road.  After much investigantion the story we are told is that Jessica was doing heroin with two woman dealers, apparently they said she became loud, couldn't walk so they carried her down to where her apartment was and left her in the parking lot.  This was around 2:30 in the evening.  At 6 a.m. a neighbor came out and found her lying face down, run over by a vehicle.  The saddest day of my life, my husband and I are seeking justice but there is none.  The woman are not in trouble, they left town by the way and here we are two parents and a daughter who is lost to the world.  She was bright, graduated early from high school and took a path that led her to these woman who left her alone and did not call for help.  Neighbors thought they heard woman outside arguing about calling 911 but noone took the time to see what was going on and my baby died alone, accidental overdose and blunt force trauma from the car that ran her over, they also did not stop.  I feel for each and everyone of us.
Peace and comfort

My GOD, this is heartbreaking.  I am sorry to hear of your loss.  I know there are no words of comfort, but please believe we hurt for you.
If there is a "Failure to render Aid" law in your state, I would pursue it.
