Overdose Candlelight Vigil in Massachusetts August 6 2010




EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT

Lynn—On Friday August 6th, 2010 at 7:30 p.m., CAB Health & Recovery Services, Inc. will host the 6th annual overdose vigil on the Lynn Common in the Gazebo.
This vigil is to remember those we lost through drug overdose, and to give hope to those still struggling with addiction.
We encourage people to join us in trying to discard the stigma around fatal overdose and remember that we have truly lost friends, family, wives, husbands and community.

What: A candlelight overdose vigil
Why: To remember those lost to overdose and to give hope for those still struggling
Where: Lynn Common Gazebo on the Lynn Commons (near Lynn Public Library)
When: August 6th, 2010, 7:30 p.m. (Feel free to arrive at 7:00 p.m.)
Cost: Free and open to the public; Press also welcome
