See if your State Recognizes the Senseless Death of it's Citizens many of them just “Children” and/or how it is handled in the Media. This Senseless Death needs to be exposed in every State. Almost The Perfect Murder Sometimes it is "Assumed" or "Stated" That A Person That Dies of a Drug Overdose "Did it to Themselves" or "They knew the Dangers" or "No One Made Them Take It" In Other Words "It Was Their Own Fault". Every Single Overdose Needs to be Investigated. A Crime Has Been Committed When A Person Dies Of An Overdose. Until It Is There Will Most Certainly Be Individuals That Will Consider Murder In The Form Of Overdose As Viable Way to Kill Someone. People Have Been Beat Up and Their Body Dumped And Don't Get Investigated Because There Were Drugs Involved And/Or It Is Considered Just Another "Overdose" At any rate "Drugs are against the Law" in Every Aspect Including Death and Those That "Supply" "Slip" or "Sell" or "Give" Should Be Held Accountable. Laws Regarding Death And Injury ~ As A Result of Drugs or Reckless Disregard

Immunity From Prosecution concerning Alcohol and or Drug Overdoses These are States that Have Laws or Attempting to Create a Law that would Grant Immunity for those that call 911 when someone overdoses. In Many Cases It May Actually Prevent Charges Being Filed If The Person Dies As A Result of Drugs If Someone Called 911. Could Mean A Prosecutor May Not Even File Charges. These Laws Need To be Carefully Read and Understood. Failure to Summon Assistance or Failure To Render Aid Post and discuss laws relating to Rendering Aid or Assistance to Someone here. Please note that different States have different names for these types of laws. Some States may not even have a Law of this type unless you are involved in an Automobile Accident. When posting a Law or Statute please include the State of Reference. If you know of a state that does not have a law for failing to help someone who cannot help themselves and they suffer and die as a result please post that in a topic as well including the name of the state.
